You are also responsible for any activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive or unlawful behavior, including activity that interferes with the integrity of our Services.

You agree to use Spotrise only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to create or distribute malicious, misleading, or infringing content. Attempts to bypass system limitations or probe vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Spotrise for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Content generated via Spotrise may rely on third-party models and is not guaranteed to be accurate, up-to-date, or compliant with legal or ethical standards. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated outputs. Spotrise assumes no liability for how such content is interpreted or applied.

Spotrise integrates with external APIs and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Notion). We do not control or warrant the availability or behavior of these services. Any disruption or liability arising from such third parties is not the responsibility of Spotrise.

Spotrise processes minimal business data necessary to deliver Services and does not support use cases involving sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or regulated data). You acknowledge that Spotrise is not compliant with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar standards.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may access, rectify, or request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy: https://spotrise.ai/privacy-policy.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled, and accept that fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.

You may stop using Spotrise at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Services. Upon termination, your license ends and your access to data may be removed unless retention is required by law.

Spotrise is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any rights to participate in class-action lawsuits or proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
